This website is operated by Christ Apostolic Church, Grace & Truth Ministry (“CAC Grace & Truth,” “we,” “us”), 75 Stafford Street, Walsall, WS2 8DU, United Kingdom.

What information we collect

This website does not currently ask you to create an account or fill in any forms directly on the site. The information we may receive about you comes from:

• Giving/donations — if you give online through the links on our Give page, your payment is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe may share limited details with us (such as your name and the amount given) so we can issue thanks or a giving record if requested.
• Contacting us directly — if you email or call us, we'll have whatever information you choose to share with us that way.

Embedded content from other sites

Pages on this site embed content from other services. When you interact with that content, the third-party service applies its own privacy policy, not ours:

• YouTube — sermon and media videos on our Sermons page are embedded from YouTube. Google/YouTube may set cookies and collect data when you play a video.
• Google Maps — “Get Directions” links take you to Google Maps.
• Stripe — used to securely process online giving.

How we use your information

We use the limited information described above only to process giving, respond to enquiries, and keep our congregation informed about church life. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
